We have 8 raised beds here at the Queen Anne, and we try to grow as much produce as possible for giving to our guests. We are growing everything from wariho & golden giant amaranth to all of our kitchen herbs, tomatoes, zucchini, squashes, peppers, peaches, strawberries and more. Our concept is to generate a living example of urban organic gardening to our guests so they can implement some of the ideas in their own homes. ...
