Dig It at TAXI is a partnership with Blue and Yellow Logic, Fuel Cafe and TAXI. The foods produced in 2009 will be used at Fuel Cafe. Since we are lcoated on a brownfield site, we have planted the vegetables, fruit, and herbs in raised beds but are also doing soil remediateion by growing mushrooms.
